Through automated synchronization, MTBC EMR users transmit completed encounter data to MTBC for prompt claims scrubbing, submission and follow-up without even clicking a button, printing, or sending a fax.
Real-time Eligibility Verification
Patient’s insurance eligibility status appears in the EMR scheduler. This feature applies to the large majority of commercial insurer patients.
Automated Appointment Reminders
Through MTBC’s CallPro, every patient scheduled in the MTBC EMR will receive an automated reminder phone call. Patients confirm, reschedule or cancel--and their response is integrated in the EMR. This service dramatically cuts down on no-shows.
Website for Patient Scheduling
Through MTBC’s WebPro, patients can schedule appointment themselves on a web site MTBC creates at no charge for the practice. Availability and appointment rules are consistent between the EMR scheduler and the web. This service promotes patient convenience and reduces staff phone calls.
