Using MTBC’s EMR (or your current EMR) your office will be able to send all billing related material to MTBC electronically, directly from the EMR—with just a click of your mouse. A dedicated team of billing executives will enter all charges; perform claims scrubbing using MTBC’s proprietary software, update demographics, post payments, bill patients, and follow-up on all denials. The vast majority of insurance and governmental payments will be directly deposited in your bank account and all other payments will be sent directly to your office.

1. Schedule patients on MTBC’s web-based scheduler:
   • Collect and document co-payments, check eligibility
   • Generate new patient registration forms, IOUs and sign-in sheets
2. Complete clinical encounter and submit billing related material to MTBC electronically directly from your EMR
3. A dedicated team of billing executives enter, scrub, and submit all claims
   • Claims which have been bounced-back by MTBC’s rules engine are placed on the Pending Transaction List for resolution by the practice
   • MTBC follow-ups up on all claims, bills patients, and answers patient calls
4. All insurance company and government payments are directly deposited into the practice’s bank account or received by mail at the practice
   • Scan payments and EOBs to MTBC for posting
   • MTBC receives the Electronic Remittance Advice from the insurance company
