A dedicated team of billing executives will enter all charges; perform claims scrubbing using MTBC’s proprietary software, update demographics, post payments, bill patients, and follow-up on all denials. The vast majority of insurance and governmental payments will be directly deposited in your bank account and all other payments will be sent directly to your office.

- Schedule patients on MTBC’s web-based scheduler:
- Collect and document co-payments, check eligibility
- Generate new patient registration forms, IOUs and sign-in sheets
- Complete clinical encounter and submit billing related material to MTBC electronically directly from your EMR
- A dedicated team of billing executives enter, scrub, and submit all claims
- Claims which have been bounced-back by MTBC’s rules engine are placed on the Pending Transaction List for resolution by the practice
- MTBC follow-ups up on all claims, bills patients, and answers patient calls
- All insurance company and government payments are directly deposited into the practice’s bank account or received by mail at the practice
- Scan payments and EOBs to MTBC for posting
- MTBC receives the Electronic Remittance Advice from the insurance company
